1. Acceptance

By using LiveTalk.ing (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. LiveTalk.ing is the public marketing surface for the open-source LiveTalk.ing codebase, operated by Ola Turmo.

2. Service description

LiveTalk.ing provides a voice-first language tutoring SaaS built on the Gemini Live API, iOS + Android via Capacitor, credits-based monetization at 2x the actual API cost, and structured lesson plans. The actual app is built from the open-source LiveTalk.ing repository.

3. Operator responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Voice conversation usage — your account is debited per second of voice chat with the AI tutor
• Choosing not to store conversation audio beyond the active session (the app is designed not to)
• Not bypassing the credits wallet (no API key extraction, no token forging)
• Not using the tutor to generate harmful, harassing, or illegal content
• Any damages resulting from the use of the Service

4. Catalog / product accuracy

a voice-first language tutoring SaaS built on the Gemini Live API, shipping as iOS + Android via Capacitor. Best-effort accuracy; no guarantee of fitness for any specific use case.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty. Ola Turmo and LiveTalk.ing disclaim all liability for any damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Refusal of service

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate harmful, harassing, or illegal content via the tutor
• Bypass the credits gate via API key extraction or token forging
• Reverse-engineer the Gemini Live integration to extract the underlying API keys
• Use the tutor for any commercial resale as a competing service

7. Changes

Ola Turmo may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
